Glen David Kuecker, phd.
Assistant Professor, Latin American History �DePauw University, Greencastle, Indiana Phd in Latin American History, Rutgers University, May 1998. Research areas:� 19th Century Mexico, urban history; grassroots resistance� to globalization in Mexico and Ecuador. I teach contemporary history courses, such as The Violence of Everyday Life in Latin America; Globaliztaion:� Historical Perspectives on Contemporary Crisis. I recently concluded a 3 year� tenure as coordinator of our university's Conflict Studies Program.� I taught the introductory course and senior seminar in conflict studies. I serve on the board of directors of the Mexico Solidarity Network, and I am� co-founder of the Ecuador Solidarity Network. �
